Concrete House

The owner of the house is a specialist in the manufacturing of precast concrete elements for construction. Our brief was to design a house that will accommodate the precast concrete panels that will exhibit the possibilities of precast concrete panels as an alternative construction method and material that is low maintenance and durable.

The house is located in an estate known for its small game roaming freely in the green areas. The site is situated opposite a green area with views into and over the natural environment.

The house is orientated to accommodate views from all the living areas and bedroom toward the green area, while considering solar control and heat gain.
